Any savings ranges, estimates, benchmarks, or case results shown are illustrative or based on prior engagements and industry observations. Actual results vary by organization and are not guaranteed. Calculator outputs are estimates based on the figures you provide.

How we are compensated

Stackstone is an independent technology advisor. We are typically compensated through standard commissions paid by the technology suppliers we help clients source and manage, and in some engagements through performance-based fees calculated as a share of realized savings. We may receive compensation from providers we recommend. Specific compensation arrangements are disclosed per engagement.

Case studies and third-party engagements

Certain results described on the Site were delivered through Stackstone's cost-intelligence partner network and reflect those specific engagements, not direct Stackstone client outcomes. They are not predictions of results for any other organization.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content are owned by Stewart Commerce LLC (DBA Stackstone Advisory) and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stackstone disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
