We sit on your side of the table.
Stackstone Advisory is an independent technology advisor. We don't sell telecom, software, or hardware, we represent you against the people who do.
Most "advice" about your technology spend comes from someone trying to sell you something.
Carriers, resellers, and vendors all have a number they want you to land on, and it isn't the lowest one. We have no product to push and no quota to hit on anyone's behalf but yours. That independence is the whole point. It's what lets us tell you the truth about what you're paying and where the leverage actually is.
A trusted second opinion, not another vendor.
- Independent. Not tied to any single vendor; our recommendations serve you.
- Collaborative. Your existing partners are collaborators, not competitors.
- Transparent. How we're paid goes in writing on every engagement, before you sign.
- Practical. Focused on implementation and measurable ROI, not theory.

The person analyzing your contracts is the same person whose name is on the door. Direct access, no account-manager layers, and advice that doesn't have to clear a sales quota.
Transparent about how we earn.
The assessment is free. For optimization work, Stackstone is typically compensated through standard supplier commissions on the contracts we help you source and manage, the same model used across the technology sourcing channel, so there's usually no direct cost to you. We never charge hourly or retainer fees; if an engagement ever includes a fee at all, it's only a share of savings actually realized, agreed in writing up front. Because suppliers may compensate us, we disclose exactly how we're paid for your engagement, and our recommendations are driven by fit and value, not by any single vendor relationship.
