Stewart Commerce LLC (DBA Stackstone Advisory) ("Stackstone," "we," "us") operates stackstoneadvisory.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. When you book a discovery call, request a Technology Spend Assessment, or use the Savings Calculator, we collect your name, work email, company name, the figures you enter, and any message you send.
  • Information collected automatically. Standard web-server data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and schedule a call.
  • To prepare and discuss a technology spend assessment.
  • To improve the Site and our services.
  • To send information you requested or, where permitted, relevant follow-ups. You can opt out at any time.

Third parties who process your data

We use Formspree to process form submissions and HubSpot to schedule calls. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address to deliver them. We do not currently use analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services and as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing shane.stewart@stackstoneadvisory.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission is completely secure.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new date above.
